labour court has come to
conclusive finding that the workman was absent
unauthorizedly during the relevant period mentioned in the
pay-slips and there ... remaining
unauthorized absent. Similarly Ext. M-19 is of dt. 27.8.88
wherefrom it appears that the workman was absent
unauthorizedly since 6.7.88 and was directed
basis of which the petitioner was shown to be unauthorizedly
absent was not produced before the labour court by the
respondent/establishment and thus ... remain absent and would be
diligent towards his duties and further they assured that in case if the

petitioner remains absent unauthorizedly then
mentioning period of
leave. The applicant was shown to have been
unauthorizedly absent from 18th December, 2013 to 17th
January, 2017. Applicant contends that after ... unauthorized absent from duty

11. Thus, this charge shows that the applicant was
absent unauthorizedly during
charge sheet dated
13.07.2012. The petitioner was charge sheeted for
unauthorized absent from duty and violation of General
Condition of Service as prescribed in para ... punishment, they ought to have verified the facts whether the
alleged unauthorized absent w.e.f. 01.12.2011 till 13.07.2012
i.e. about 7 months
services
have been terminated for the reason that he remained absent
unauthorizedly from his duties for long.
2. The challenge is founded mainly ... done and ultimately, he was
informed that since he remained absent unauthorizedly from his duties,
therefore, his services were terminated. However, as per the petitioner

22.12.1992 you stopped reporting for duty and remained
