I have heard learned counsel
petitioners submits that the petitioners,
who belong to the Scheduled Caste (Vimukat Jatis/Bazigars) are entitled for
the benefit of 2% reservation against the posts
Scheduled Castes (Sportsmen) will be reserved upto 2%
for the Vimukat Jatis and Bazigars. And vide yet another
circular dated 25.03.2011, issued by the Department
