Section 3(3)(a) in The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Staff of Department of Technical Education) Act, 2012

(a)The minimum length of services required to be completed, to become eligible for transfer is Zone- C, Zone-B and Zone-A shall be as stipulated in the rules.
