FACTS:
1. Vide RTI application dated 25.10.2012 appellant has sought information on two issues as contained in his RTI Application.
2. PIO vide letter dated 07.02.2013 has provided the information to the appellant.
3. The first appeal was filed on 20.04.2013 as desired information was not provided by PIO.
4. FAA order is not on record.
5. Grounds for the Second Appeal filed on 08.07.2013 are contained in the Memorandum of appeal.
6. HEARING Appellant opted to be absent despite of our due notice to them. Respondents appeared before the Commission personally and made the submissions at length.
DECISION During hearing of the appeal it is submitted by Sh. Gurmukh Bhatia, PIO, that he has vide his letter dated 07.02.2013 provided the required information to the appellant.
The Commission heard the submissions made by the respondents at length. The Commission also perused the case-file thoroughly; especificaly, the nature of issue raised by the appellant in his RTI application dated 25.10.2012, PIO's response dated 07.02.2013, and also the grounds of memorandum of the second appeal and is of the considered view that the appellant has been provided the required information, issue wise, by the respondents in the light of Section 2 (f) of the RTI Act 2005. In view of this, the appellant's appeal becomes in fructuous.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
