9. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant states that he shall press this appeal only with regard to respondent nos. 1, 10, 11, 11A, 12, 13, 14, 15, 26, 27, 28, 29, 39, 40, 41, 50, 54, 55, 56, 63, 68, 70, 71, 73. In other words, he shall not press the appeal qua other respondents.
10. Issue notice. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1, 63 accepts notice. Notice be issued to other respondents, who are not present in the Court today through all modes including e-mail.
11. The learned counsel for the appellant and the counsel for respondents agree that they shall file the written submissions at least five days before the next date of hearing.
