Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000
(1)Any dispute or difference touching the constitution, management, powers or functions of a Farmers' Organisation arising between members, shall be determined by the managing committee of the Farmers' Organisation concerned.
