Section 127 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
127. Registrar power to permit a co- operative society to function as an agency for disbursement of developmental Loans for Agriculture and Rural Development Schemes and Allied activities.
-It shall be competent for the Registrar to permit any co-operative society or societies carrying on the business of banking to disburse developmental loans for Agriculture & Rural Development scheme & allied activities laid down in Chapter XVI.
