21. Postponement of examination
- When a date fixed for the examination is declared a gazetted holiday or due to any unforseen reason the examination cannot be held on the fixed date, the Chairman may fix some other date for holding the examination and the same shall be duly notified to the candidates.V - Certificate of Competency
