When the day temperature exceeds [26.6 degree centigrade (80 degree Fahrenheit)] [Substituted vide Punjab Excise and Taxation Commissioner's Notification No. G.S.R.95/PA.I/14/Section 59/62, dated the 25th June, 1962.] no Tari shall be drawn from trees tapped under these rules except between sunset and sunrise. If temperature falls below [26.6 degree] [Substituted vide Punjab Excise and Taxation Commissioner's Notification No. G.S.R.95/PA.I/14/Section 59/62, dated the 25th June, 1962.] trees may be tapped by day also.
