Section 6 in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(6)No University other than [the Universities established under the this Act] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1998.] shall be competent to award any degree in Agriculture in the State unless registered for such degree [before the establishment of Universities under this Act] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1998.].
