Mus PUY Ramana, praying the Hik igh Court fo punish the respondents herein for
wilfully violating and disobeying fhe orders passed in CLA No BO7S of 2013
dated 27.09.2073; |
WHEREAS the said case camming on for hearing on this day and
whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit Hed herein and the Orders

"Natice was served on designated respondent Nos.1 and 3 to place the written instructions/compliance report before this Court by next date of hearing. Inspite of adjourning the matter there is no response from the respondents. | itis clear from the instructions that SLP filed by the State was dismissed on 12.07.2016 and Review application fled by State is also dismissed on 05.10.2015. Even after lapse of sight years, the respondents have not implemented the orders passed in O.A.No.89786 of 2073. -
