Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the
High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No. 3 & 4 to issue
NCC-B Certificate in the name of the petitioner's son by name Shaik
Mohammed Ubaid enable to participate Medical counselling and other
counselling programmes, pending disposal of WP No.16918 of 2025, on
the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein
to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with,
made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be
the receipt of notice in the case).
ORDER:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counselling is scheduled to be held on 19.08.2025 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. In view of the same, there shall be an interim direction to the 4*'' respondent to release the NCC-B Certificate to the petitioner forthwith.
