Section 17(2) in Right of children to Free and compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)District Education Officer shall provide updated school wise information of teachers and class wise enrollment of students on the Government education portal. The Rajya Shiksha Kendra shall review the teacher positioning every year before the academic session.
