1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a limited submission that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Rahul Kumar Sharma v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18269/2023, decided on 22.11.2023. (Downloaded on 18/12/2023 at 08:47:54 PM)

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the judgment of Rahul Kumar Sharma (Supra), by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
