Section 62(6) in The States Reorganisation Act, 1956
(6)All proceedings pending in the High Court of the existing State of Mysore immediately before the appointed day, shall stand 335 transferred to the High Court of Mysore; and any order made before the appointed day by the first mentioned High Court in any such proceedings shall for all purposes have effect, not only as an order of that High Court, but also as an order of the High Court of Mysore.
