Section 69 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
69. Substitution of new section for section 459.- For section 459 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:-" 459. Provision for legal assistance to liquidator.- The liquidator may, with the sanction of the Tribunal, appoint one or more chartered accountants or company secretaries or cost accountants or legal practitioners entitled to appear before the Tribunal nder section 10GD to assist him in the performance of his duties.".
