Section 12(1) in The Maharashtra Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)The Commissioner shall through an advertisement or otherwise, call for application from the various Districts for the post of Social Workers on the Board or the Committee, as the case may be.
