(5)Staffing pattern. - The staffing pattern of the Shelter Home may be as under : -(a)One Senior Social Worker who is qualified or has special training or experience in working with children in especially difficult circumstances;(b)One Junior para professional with special training or experience in working with children in especially difficult circumstances;(c)One helper;(d)Two youth peer counsellors performing the role of friends of children.
