Section 9(1) in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
(1)The Board shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of this section observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at its meeting as may be prescribed :Provided that the Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon the written request of not less than two members, call a special meeting.
