Section 3(7) in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
(7)If any person does not bring back such Bovine Animals, in to the State, and also within a period specified in the permit, shall be liable for punishment under the provisions of the Act.
