Section 33 in Karnataka Co-Operative Textile Mills (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1986
33. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Karnataka Co-operative Textile Mills (Acquisition and Transfer) Ordinance, 1986 (Karnataka Ordinance 11 of 1986) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
