28.
The spread over of an employee in a theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment shall not exceed eleven hours in any day:Provided that the State Government may increase the spread over periods subject to such conditions as it may impose either generally or in the case of a particular theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment.
