Demand notices have been issued to petitioner. It is submitted that
petitioner is entitled to deposit 4% of PF Contribution but respondents are
demanding 6.5% of PF Contribution. They are also going ahead with recovery.
Considering the aforesaid, petitioner is directed to give an advance copy of the notice to counsel appearing for the Employees State Insurance Corporation.
