                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

The respondent No.5 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 9, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

The respondent Nos.4,6,7,8 & 10 have refused to accept the notice as informed by the Trial Court. This refusal on their part constitutes proper service.

The respondent No.3 has been deleted from the array of parties by order dated 18.01.2016 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
