Section 7(1) in The U.P. Area Development (Regulation of Water Supply) (Osrabandi) Rules, 1979
(1)After completion of A. D (O)Forms 2 and 3 a joint enquiry at the site shall be made by the Ziledar with the Assistant Development Officer (Agriculture), Assistant Development Officer (Minor Irrigation) or Soil Conservation Inspector of the local area doing on farm development work, in the presence of the Chairman, Chak Samiti.
