Section 7(1) in Uttarakhand Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2005
(1)Within thirty days from the date of appointment, the Competent Authority shall assess the deposit liabilities and the assets of the Financial Establishment and submit the statement thereof to the Designated Court.
