A perusal of the writ petition reveals that in para-3 of the petition the age of petitioner No. 1 has been shown as 23 years and the age of the petitioner No. 2 has been shown as 19 years, whereas, in later part of the same para the age of petitioner No. 1 has been reflected as 50 years and the age of petitioner No. 2 has been reflected as 38 years.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently a typographical error has occurred while drafting the petition. He seeks permission to file an application for amendment of the petition. Let the needful be done, where after, the petition shall be listed before the Vacation Judge, next week.
