Section 8(v) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(v)appoint committees from amongst the members of the Academic Council, other teachers of the Institute and experts from outside to advise on such specific and important academic matters, as may be referred to any such committee appointed by the Academic Council;
