Section 9(1) in Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners' Registration and Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1964
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by a notice in writing in Form IV subscribed by him and delivered before 3 O' Clock in the afternoon on the day fixed under clause (c) of rule 4 to the Returning Officer or the authorised officer either by such candidate in person or by his proposer or seconder who has been authorised in this behalf in writing by such candidate.
