Section 241A(1) in The Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)The Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate all or any of its powers and duties under the Act, except the power to make rules under section 240, to any Officer subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
