Section 20(1)(g) in Bihar and Orissa Dangerous Drugs Rules, 1934

(g)A licensed chemist shall keep every prescription on the premises where he dispensed it and shall produce it for inspection by an officer of the Excise Department not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector of Excise.
