Section 11 in The Orissa Private Security Agencies Rules, 2009
11. Renewal of licence.
(1)Every Agency shall apply to the Controlling Authority for renewal of the licence.(2)The fees chargeable for renewal of the licence shall be the same as for the grant thereof.
