Learned A.G.A. for the State prays for and is granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
List this matter on 21.11.2013. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicants is that in fact, the parties have reached to compromise but the Investigating Officer refused to accept the same.
Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the applicants, I stay the further proceedings of Criminal Case No.912 of 2013 "State Vs. Ilam Singh and others" pending before the Additional C.J.M., Laksar, Haridwar, till the next date of listing.
