Section 54 in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
54. Conditions of service.
- The University shall make adequate provisions for the benefit of its officers, teachers, and other servants in the matter of insurance, pension and provident fund or for other benefits as it may deem fit, in such manner, and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
