Section 28(1) in Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a Chief Facilitator who shall, in addition to the powers conferred on a Chief Facilitator under this Act, exercise the powers of a Facilitator throughout the State.
