15. Order to be signed and dated
(1)Every order of the appellate authority shall be in writing and shall be signed and dated by the appellate authority passing the order.(2)During the pendency of the appeal, the appellate authority shall have powers to pass such interim order as it may deem fit including one of an injunction, subject to reasons to be recorded in writing, which it considers necessary in the interest of justice.
