(3)Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before each house of the State legislature:The Schedule[See section 2(b)1Emblem of The State of Uttar Pradesh Description and DesignThe State Emblem of Uttar Pradesh is consists of a circular seal depicting the confluence of the Ganges and Yamuna rivers at Prayagraj, a pair of Matsya fish to represent the former Muslim rulers of Oudh and a bow and arrow to represent the Hindu deity Rama who was born in Avodhva within the State. The legend around the seal translates as "Government of Uttar Pradesh".The Emblem of the State of Uttar Pradesh shall conform to the designs as set out in Appendix I or Appendix II.Appendix IAppendix II
