Section 18 in The Gujarat Forensic Sciences University Act, 2008
18. Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)The Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)The Director of Research and Development;(iii)Two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee on the Board) to be nominated by the Board.(iv)The Directors of the University;(v)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board;(vi)one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.(2)The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee.(3)The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (v) and (vi) shall be three years.
