88. Recording of deposition.
(1) The deposition of a witness shall be recorded in Form No. 19.(2)Each page of the deposition shall be initialled by the Members constituting the Bench.(3)Corrections, if any, pointed out by the witness may, if the Bench is satisfied, be carried out and duly initialled and in case corrections pointed out by witness are not accepted by the Bench, a note to the effect be appended at the bottom of the deposition. __________(1)Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
