Section 1 in TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS RULES (AMENDMENT) , 2023
1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.
