(2)(a)Costs regarding intervention.-Whenever the Court finds that an intervener has no sufficient grounds for intervening, it may order the intervener to pay the whole or any part of the costs occasioned by the application to intervene.(b)Whenever the Court finds that the charge or allegation of adultery against the intervener made in any petition or written statement is baseless or not proved and that the intervention is justified, it may order the person making such charge or allegation against the intervener to pay to the intervener the whole, or any part of the costs of intervention.
