- Except as otherwise provided by these rules, applications and petitions which can be presented to the Munsarim of a court shall be received on any day other than an authorised holiday between 10.30 a.m. and such hour as may be fixed by the court:Provided that an application or petition presented after such hour and before 4 p.m. may be received on the ground, if any, of limitation or other urgent reason. Presiding Officers when accepting plaints or applications after court-hours will note on such papers the time of their presentation.
