Section 86 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
86. Security for financial assistance to be granted by Primary Co-operative Credit Society.
No financial assistance shall be granted by a Primary Co-operative Credit Society to a member thereof unless such member furnishes the following security :(a)such surety as may be provided in the bye-laws;(b)where the financial assistance has been applied for the purpose or procurement of tangible assets, hypothecation of assets; or(c)security of other valuable assets as may be approved by the Board.
