Section 79(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(1)The Registrar, or where the State Government appoint any other person in this behalf, such person shall be the Trustee for the purpose of securing the fulfilment of the obligation of the [State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Orissa Act No. 23 of 1994 Section 5.] to the holders of debenture issued by the Board.
