(6)(a)The compliance with provisions of rule 24 of these rules shall be a condition of permit for meterless taxi.(b)The compliance with the provisions of sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 21 and rule 22 of these rules shall be a condition of permit for any transport vehicle.
