Section 76(1) in Assam (Temporarily Settled Areas) Tenancy Act 1971

(1)The Assam (Temporarily Settled Districts) Tenancy Act, 1935 (Assam Act in of 1935), and the Assam Adhiar Protection and Regulation Act, 1948 [Assam Act XII of 1948), are hereby repealed.
