Section 66(2) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(2)The Head of Office shall ensure that licence fee for the next 8 months, that is upto the date of retirement of the allottee is recovered every months from the pay and allowance of the allottee.
