(1)The Registrar shall be the whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the previous approval of the Board and his qualifications, emoluments and the terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed. He shall be an academician in the field of Veterinary and allied Sciences.(2)The Registrar shall be the ex-officio Secretary to the Board and the Academic Council.
