Section 73(2) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(2)In case of a juvenile or a child, produced before a Magistrate not empowered under this Act, such Magistrate shall direct the case to be transferred to the Board for inquiry and disposal.
