159. Record of rights at commencement of Code.
- Until the record of rights of any area in the State is prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, the existing record of rights in force in that area under any law for the time being in force (including the record of rights prepared under Section 115 of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1954), shall be deemed to be the record of rights prepared under this Chapter.B-Rights in unoccupied land
